Shiny New Engati Features
Speak to the bot and use your voice as an input to the bot. The spoken words are converted to text and will trigger the correct response from the bot. This feature is currently available for bots deployed on websites. This feature is currently available as part of the Professional Plan for bots deployed on websites.
Navigate to Channels->Website Chatbot-> Enable Voice Input to turn on this feature.
Have the chatbot display a message without any input from the user. The message can either pop up immediately or after a specified amount of time, and will persist until you click the bot icon. This feature is currently available as part of the Professional Plan for bots deployed on websites.
Navigate to Channels->Website Chatbot-> Enable Auto Pop-Up to turn on this feature.
